Scope of our Services


1.Accommodations Reservation

Through the website, iFREE GROUP Travel provides an online platform through which you can browse different types of accommodations. By making a booking through iFREE GROUP Travel, you make an offer to book a reservation at the price listed for such reservation and such other terms and conditions stated on the website. This shall become a binding contract formed in Hong Kong pursuant to the Terms of Use when accepted by iFREE GROUP Travel. You will receive proof of the confirm e-mail. When your request has been received and is complete for final processing, no further action is required by you. We reserve the right to reject bookings as set out below.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose about accommodations is based on the information provided to us by our suppliers or providers. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur on short notice which may make information displayed on the website inaccurate or outdated. Please note that iFREE GROUP Travel is one of many channels accommodations use to make their inventory available for reservation. When a search result indicates that a particular accommodations has no more rooms available, that means the room type is not available for reservation through iFREE GROUP Travel. The website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of (the quality, service level or rating of) any accommodations listed on the website. We hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality, status or adequacy of any accommodations listed on the website.
The default ranking is based on an automated algorithm which may be updated or amended from time to time, and which takes into account different factors including but not necessarily limited to availability, promotions and rates, historical popularity, margin and revenue, conversion (the ratio of reservations made to website visits), sales of room nights, cancellations, quality of content, guest review scores, star ratings etc.
We reserve the right not to accept customers or bookings (or in exceptional cases to cancel confirmed ones) at our discretion and for whatever (legal) reason without the need to justify such refusal. Typical reasons for rejecting a customer or booking include, but are not limited to: accommodations request(s), reselling of accommodations booked through the website on an individual or mass basis without our prior written approval (“Reselling”), breach of the Terms of Use, force majeure events, trade or economic sanctions, embargoes, legal restrictions, (suspicions of) fraud or theft, suspected criminal activity, suspicious bookings, submission by customer of misleading or erroneous information, credit card problems, inappropriate behaviour, threats, insults, violence, refusal to supply information, practical obstacles, communication problems, obvious errors (see below), history, blacklisting by governments or international organizations, etc. In case a booking is rejected or cancelled by iFREE GROUP Travel and a payment has already been made, you will receive a refund of the total booking value, except in the case of unauthorized Reselling or in any other appropriate case that we determine in our sole and absolute discretion where we reserve the right not to refund the total booking value or any part thereof. Refunds will not be issued in the event of unauthorized Reselling due to many negative factors including the disadvantage such practice imposes on our authorized and contracted affiliate partners, accommodations who provide iFREE GROUP Travel with inventory on a contracted and trusted basis and the loss and negative brand impact caused to iFREE GROUP Travel due to unauthorized Resellers attempting to undercut iFREE GROUP Travel’s business which may include placing the resold inventory on websites run by competitors of iFREE GROUP Travel without our knowledge. We also reserve the right to bar (“blacklist”) users from the website, on a permanent or temporary basis, at our discretion. Any such blacklisted user must not attempt to use the website under any other name or through any other user. See also below for our fraud prevention mechanisms.
Please note that suspected group bookings can also be rejected or cancelled by iFREE GROUP Travel or the accommodations as most accommodations have specific procedures for group bookings. Contact our customer service team for more information: enquiryift@ifreegroup.com.

2.Flight Reservation

All flight availability and using rules are provided to us by the relevant suppliers. We have no control over seat availability or using rules and has no authority to waive any airline conditions or relevant rules. In the event of an error by these suppliers we reserve the right to amend your booking as required and any additional fare charges may need to be paid by you so as to comply with the relevant airline regulations. If you do not understand any fare rule or need assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team before purchasing your tickets.

3.Other Ancillary Services

iFREE GROUP Travel provides an online platform through which you can browse other services, including but not necessarily limited to rental cars and global insurance, (“Ancillary Services”) and make reservations for such Ancillary Services. Although iFREE GROUP Travel provides the platform for which you can browse and make reservations for these Ancillary Services, the Ancillary Services are provided by iFREE GROUP Travel associated companies or partners (“Partners”), which have been carefully selected by iFREE GROUP Travel.
By making a booking through the iFREE GROUP Travel for the Ancillary Services, you make an offer to book a reservation at the price listed for such reservation on the Site, and on such other terms and conditions notified to you by the Partner from time to time, which shall become a binding contract when your reservation is accepted by the Partner.

Use of the website

You must comply with relevant laws and regulations of applicable laws when using iFREE GROUP Travel services and shall agree not to use the services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:

3.Upload, display, post, spread or send information in other ways containing any of the following:

1. information that’s restricted or prohibited by laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and any other specifications with legal force;

2. information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abets crimes;

3. information that insults or defames others and infringes the legal rights of others;

4. Information that contains false, harmful, coercive, privacy-infringing, harrasing, aggressive, slanderous, vulgar, obscene content or other morally objectionable content;

2.Using the Internet service system for any unlawful purpose. Using iFREE GROUP Travel’s Internet services for the following activities:

1. accessing the computer information network or using the computer information network resources without permission; deleting, modifying or adding functions of the computer information network without permission; deleting, modifying or adding without permission the data and applications that are stored, processed or transmitted in the computer information network; intentional production, dissemination of computer viruses and other destructive procedures; other behaviours that endanger security of the computer information network.

2. Commercial use of any data on iFREE GROUP Travel, including but not limited to the use of resources displayed on iFREE GROUP Travel in any way such as duplication or distribution without the prior written consent of iFREE GROUP Travel.

3. Interfering or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of iFREE GROUP Travel or any transaction, activity that is conducted on iFREE GROUP Travel, or taking any action that would result in unreasonable huge data load on iFREE GROUP Travel’s network equipment by using any devices, software, routine program or other measures.

4. Acts of unfair competition in violation of the principle of good faith, or maliciously placing orders or engaging in fictitious transactions and other malicious acts that disrupt iFREE GROUP Travel’s transaction order.

5. Other activities not related to online transactions.

Liability Disclaimer

Nothing in this agreement shall, nor shall be deemed, to limit or exclude our liability for our fraud nor for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In particular, iFREE GROUP Travel do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to hotel and other supplier photographs, hotel property, cruise, automobile and other product descriptions and lists of hotel amenities and other product descriptions displayed on this website, much of which information is provided by the respective suppliers. Hotel ratings displayed on this website are intended as only general guidelines, and iFREE GROUP Travel and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. We may make improvements and/or changes on this website at any time.
iFREE GROUP Travel make no representations about the suitability of the information, software, products, and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the inclusion or offering for sale of any products or services on this website does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by iFREE GROUP Travel. All such information, software, products, and services are provided “as is” without any warranty. IFREE GROUP Travel hereby disclaim all warranties, and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of promotion, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services for iFREE GROUP Travel are independent contractors and not agents or employees of iFREE GROUP Travel or its affiliates. iFREE GROUP Travel will not be liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. iFREE GROUP Travel has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
In no event shall iFREE GROUP Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of this website or with the delay or inability to use this website, or for any information, software, products, and services obtained through this website, or otherwise arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if iFREE GROUP Travel has been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

General Terms of Use

1.Reservation and cancellation

By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant reservation, cancellation and no-show policy of that service provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the service provider that may apply to your trip, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the service provider. The relevant (delivery/purchase/use/carrier) terms and conditions of a suppliers can be obtained with the relevant service provider. The general reservation, cancellation and no-show policy of each service provider is made available on iFREE GROUP Travel on the service provider information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Applicable fees may still be charged by the service provider in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the (reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly prior to making your reservation.
Please note that your reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant due or payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the service provider and the reservation. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product or service of each Trip. Please carefully read the fine print (which are marked on the page) and important information in your reservation confirmation for additional policies as may be applied by the service provider (e.g. in respect of age requirement, security deposit, non-cancellation/additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds/no free breakfast, pets/cards accepted). Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the suppliers agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein or by the website. You may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the service provider’s cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the service provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to timely/promptly communicate this with the service provider so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your Trip (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fee. In addition, please make sure the information of your reservation you have provided are true and correct. iFREE GROUP Travel does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival, any cancellation, incorrect personal information charged no-show fee or refusal by the service provider.
